GRACE Manifestation - Mindfulness & Energy Healing Marathon

Thank you for checking out our popular GRACE Manifestation Marathon.  Objective of this 72-hour energy transMISSION marathon is learning to consciously feel and learn to hold your heart-space. This is easier said than done, yet is one of the most important energy work techniques for manifestation.  Learning to direct and manage your heart-field energy opens your manifestation field for you and builds a new pathway for direct access to your inner 'field of all possibilities'.   

For these energy healing & training sessions, you don't need your internet or your computer. You can choose your own music for the 60 min session or download the provided simple music with theta metronome.

During the session focus only on your heart and increasing our heart-connection! Try to go as wide as possible (see picture below) and avoid any upward orientation (feelingwise).  Also, do not try to fill in this space with thoughts or visualizations! Completely focus on your ability to stay within your heart field and expand your heart's capacity for higher vibrational energies such as Love.  For those of you familiar with their Consciousness Chakras, this transMISSION particularly addresses the energetic link between your 4th and your 12th Chakra, its quality and its capacity.   Relax into this Energy Healing & Training Session. It is possible that you will experience energetic sensations during the session. Try to stay focused but take note of any feelings, sensations or emotions.
