Unifying our Chakras is one of the most transformative and holistic  energetic processes. It is simple but not easy, and takes a little bit  of practice. The energy process introduced here is designed to become an  integral part of our daily contemplation/mediation routine. It can be  used as energetic first-aid in moments of stress or feeling overwhelmed,  for self-healing in moments of pain, or as consolidation and etheric  protection tool in moments of confusion or bombardment by outer  energies.

The main purpose of learning how to unify our physical  chakras and chakra fields is to allow each of our energetic layers to  harmonize and to connect for prevention.

Unification starts  with our ability to connect with our heart, followed by simultaneously  feeling into all our 7 main chakras and our 7 outer chakra fields, and  ends with a renewed state of energy called Unified Self. The  main challenge is to trust in our inner perception. While we will use  visualization help to be able to intellectually understand what we are  focusing on, it is not about ‘seeing’ our chakras!

The intention and intelligence of your  heart will guide you through this exercise. If you feel lost or thinking  too much about the ‘order’ or sequence of this exercise, remind  yourself that the inner work your is not taking place in your mind – it  is supposed to take place in your heart! Allow your heart to unfold its  natural unified state.
