The energtic process helps us to connect with our ETHERIC HIGHER SELF. The higher self operates beyond the mind. At first, it is very common to feel like we are making all this up, but that's only because the mind detects something that happens outside of itself (which sacres it.) The purpose of this kind of exercise is to loosen some of our mind's grip on our perception and to give us the courage to look into the mirror of 'true reality'. It doesn't matter if we use our imagination or not. Our ENERGETIC REALITY is linked to our imagination - just not how our ego mind wants to understand it - and definitely not how it could control it!  

Everything we experience is real - but that doesn't mean it's true!

The objective of the session is to familiarize yourself with your Etheric Higher Self as the reflection of your energetic reality.

COURAGE is the primary Healing Resonance for this session focus. It will allow our Present Self to embrace the truth of our own existence - in all its expressions - as a temporary mirror of the quality of our own inner awareness.

This inner mirroring process facilitates the direct experience and witness of the level of truth with ourselves. It tunes us into the carrier wave of our own energy and allows us to consciously choose the expressions and manifestations into our practical lives.
