There are many different ways of learning some of which are programmed in us and others that come through experience. However, the most frustrating thing for us all is when we have made an experience, understood what we experienced and still can't seem to change. Repeating relationship issues (be it with family, friends or partners), money issues, ongoing emotional exhaustion, feeling manipulated, taken advantage of, feeling not good enough, experiencing life as a struggle or trying hard to no avail are typical examples for our learning not really gripping. What in us is preventing us to implement what was learned and why do we often feel we haven't learned anything?

ENERGY AWARENESS & DEVELOPING SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE

Developing Spiritual Intelligence is about learning better ways to handle internal or external conditions that force you into reactivity. Reactivity is when you lash out and your fear/anger/pain/judgment dominates your energy to a degree that it triggers you act out in a way you regret later. Triggers can be external or internal.

EXTERNAL: something that happens; something somebody says or does to you

INTERNAL: momentary inner impulse; a thought, physical sensation, emotion or

any kind of energetic shift.

Everything we experience, see, feel, emote, think or sense reflects a complex combination of the seen and unseen reality of perception. For the untrained observer life’s experiences are dominated by a Physical Reality. Whether we perceive ourselves as rich, happy, healthy, beautiful or successful are measured by our perception, which is influenced by our consciousness level. The context in which we see ourselves determines our perception. And so, ‘rich’, ‘healthy’, ‘happy’ are all subject to how we contextualize our life.

GRACE Gaia Sophia Marathon

Occasionally, I publish my session reflections as Field Report, so that those who are not familiar with energy work can get a peek into how Self-Healing in Action can look like.

Once a month we faciliate a 3-day remote energy Mindfulness Marathon. This format is very popular for those who want to really dive into their inner Self-Healing experience. They are open for everyone, however, due to the intensity of inner experiences it usually attracts people who are not afraid of encountering the depth of their energetic perception.

there was not enough time for me to do a written report.

The subjects of this week's collective energies are very complex - so, please resort to the video above and read last week's energy report. Energetic Bombardment has been very strong this week, so I needed to allocate my time to energy coaching and assisting people with the traps of their perception.
