As we begin to understand that our preprogrammed idea of a perfect relationship is nothing but a incessantly promoted idealization prepping us for a multi-Billion-Dollar Wedding industry. The truth behind romanticized songs and movies is to play on our unresolved shadow cravings and inner child attachments issues. From an energetic point of view, persistent or repetitive relationship issues play directly into our unseen shadow and false self patterns.

In classical couple counseling it is not commonly seen how unconscious Shadow aspects can play a major role in repetitive relationship issues; and not just in our romantic relationships! However, deeper energy work can open up the reason why this is so difficult for us to see. Whether we are aware of it or not Shadow Traits can show in emotional manipulation, sexual projection, victimhood, specialness, superiority, disdain and co-dependencies. If we want to know how to transcend our persistent relationship patterns we need to get to the deeper aspects of our unseen energetic interaction and learn how they express in our relationships.

Self-Love is our most powerful inner healing resonance and yet practically the most neglected amonst us empaths. From an energetic point of view there is an innate connection between being an empath and being co-dependent. We run about our lives as if there is a lion was chasing us, trying to please others or simply fulfill our perceived duties as mothers, daughters, lovers or workers. We feel caught between feeling the right to live and love ourselves, and yet unconsciously externalize our love to others.

In energy work we understand, that the transformation of physical, mental, emotional or spiritual disharmonies is merely a matter of aligning ourselves, our thoughts, emotions and actions to the right frequency. But in order to feel loved, we need to feel alive first! The needed frequency for feeling unconditional self love, which translates to ourselves is called Self-Love and shared with others True Love (read "Understanding True Love") comes not form the outside, but from within!

Energy Update 12th - 19th May 2017

Can you feel it? A major shift towards vitality, new ideas and increased inner energy came in. Full Moon Energies this month feel almost like New Moon, as there seems such a strong shift involved here. For us energetically sensitives and empaths these sudden collective shifts can be both - relieving or exhausting. How we perceive it really depends on our level of INNER ACCEPTANCE & RECONCILIATION. But, regardless of where you find yourselves at the moment, there is a new energy coming in, which compared to the past weeks and months promises at least a NEW PERSPECTIVE and OPPORTUNITY TO START FRESH!

This coming week will be all about DEEP HEALING: RELEASING, DISCERNING & EXPRESSING OUR TRUTH. In order to take advantage of this long awaited vitality and to feel it in our physical we need to apply everything we know about energy healing and how to reconnect with our INNER POWER TO HEAL.

Weekly Energy Digest Week 16 & 17 - Energy Update 15th-25th April 2017

What can I say? The past two weeks went by as expected...so, I sat out the last report not wanting to waste your time with sounding like a broken record. Shadow stuff and Inner Child got us well last week - inner conflicts were reigning our life making many of us feel like GETTING STUCK IN INNER DARKNESS. It felt like nothing resolved but just repeated; in addition, most of us dealt with HEAVY PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS, such as continual tiredness, dizziness, nausea, shoulder and stomach issues - with some of us even getting temporarily locked up with disc issues and lower back/hip pain.

So far, the month of April has definitely been up there on the list of rough times... The tiredness and/or insomnia is seriously wearing us down and so, it's no surprise that e all feel a bit run down through STAGNATION. However, while these times in which collective energy bands force us to do an internal reality check suck, they also provide a great opportunity for healing - that is from an energy work perspective. As we are finally getting sick of ourselves, our tiredness allows us to pierce the veil of EGO ILLUSIONS and brings us into the position of recognizing that "if we don't change anything, nothing is going to change."

Weekly Energy Digest W 8/9/10Energy Update 18th February - 10th March 2017

These past 2 weeks brought up a lot of inner and outer TURMOIL - you don't need me to tell you this: Nothing seems to be working anymore; old emotions and fears are kicking and screaming; old patterns are back and all our good intentions went out the window -  just for us to see the futility of our rigid old ways.

Many of us experienced some kind of loss or a big LETTING GO these past weeks. It's like as if an old cycle wants to come to an end. And so, here we are - our triggers were pushed and once more we feel like running in cycles.

While this letting go pain activated our raw LIFE FORCE to spike up again, it also brought some of our SHADOW ASPECTS back to life. This required and continues to require us to be the OBSERVER  and CONTEXTUALIZE our inner energetic reactions, rather than judging them. This was and still is tough for many … and even if we were able to see exactly what was going on, it could still trigger LONLINESS and SELF-DOUBT.

When we begin to examine or look at our shadow, sometimes it is best to start with the basic meaning of the word.

The word shadow itself is typically described as a gray or black filled in outline of ourselves stretched oddly following behind us. This askew mirror image never really appears to be part of us, but never is really apart from us either.

Interestingly, our physical shadow is created when our body is blocking the light hitting us, which is very symbolic of what really happens when the shadow, described in psychological or metaphysical terms, is formed.

Have you ever had the thought, that “things were sooo much easier” before you started having all these spiritual insights and deeper realizations? Well, I have – still do - all the time! But I also know that this is what self-healing is all about: Stepping out of my comfort-zone, not listening to my inner critic and facing the reality of my happiness!

Our Critical Inner Voice is a good example. It is one of those subjects that can totally change the way the see and handle inner processes, as it pretty much influences our entire belief system, attitude and views of self and the world around us. Once we recognize our Critical Inner Voice for what it is, either through inner contemplation, reading something about it or talking with others, it’s hammering loud voice in our head cannot be ignored anymore. Actually, if you listen closely you can sometimes hear people’s Critical Inner Voice in the way they talk. Sudden, brief remarks or side notes in a different tone of voice often indicate a vocalization of their inner voice. Pay attention to this for a bit – you’ll be surprised how much we all unconsciously carry these parts of our inner voices on the tip of our tongue!

I remember the time when I thought I was the only one plagued by this constant negative inner self-talk. Knowing what I know today, I think it’s safe to assume that we all intuitively understand what a Critical Inner Voice means, even if we have never heard or read anything about it. What I learned in my personal life and through my energy work practice is that changing our inner attitude, perception of self and communication can initiate a very powerful inner healing process and is often more transformational for our practical lives than gaining intellectual insights or perusing spiritual enlightenment.

Facing the deeper aspects of our Critical Inner Voice requires a clear intention to heal the parts in us that are linked to our inner critic; in fact, for a long-term release of the inner emotional, mental and energetic schisms that can come out of an undisciplined and rampaging Critical Inner Voice, we need even more: We need the courage and willingness to uncover and own our hidden aspects that are expressing through this part of our inner communication. Affirmations, mental reprogramming or reframing can help to get over the first hump to conquer inner negativity, but what truly makes us mentally, emotionally and spiritually grow lies much deeper than just our psychological layers.
