Collective energies are on turbo drive again unveiling the global ego and its shadow. The energetic bombardment through political merry-go-rounds, financial crashes, contaminated food and water, social injustice, techno-control, spiritual emergencies, Wave-X, you name it, has only yet begun. The global shadow is about to unleash its most powerful weapon upon us: Fear, Anger and Negativity. However, all collective phenomena are also mirrors of our own unresolved issues. We cannot separate the two. Projecting DISDAIN, ANGER AND VICTIMHOOD towards others is when we need to look at our stuff.

Anyone who understands the purpose of inner work understands why getting a ping to look into his own mirror is not about blaming or attacking - it's about INTEGRITY and checking in with oneself in order to better discern our own parts and ego payoffs.

There is a level of inertia in all of us that is enabling this COLLECTIVE CRAZINESS. Empath or not. We need to allow TRUTH to be seen - and in order to shift our energy and hold this higher vibratory place, we cannot truly believe that selectively picking the cherries off the cake will change anything. We cannot ignore that we all part of cake! The more we energize our own fear, anger and negativity - the more we are obstructing the light that want's to illuminate the Global Shadow, so that we can all evolve into our higherpotential as humans.

Since 2012 the human collective is undergoing a massive transformation of old paradigms of power-, mind- and ego-mania. This dissolution of social, political and economical structures is currently displaying itself in a tragic comedy. What we see is the last outburst of exaggerated anger, hatred, violence, fear, degradation, truth-bending and socially dividing news and politics.

Our world is changing. Some say nothing will be as it was before. This triggers fear in us. But change doesn't have to be frightening or painful ! After all, change is the evolutionary process of adapting, correcting and improving. If you take a deeper look at the struggle underneath your fear of inner or outer changes you will find that it's mostly your ego reacting to the fear of not being in control.

Why is it so difficult for us to accept change as an opportunity to evolve? How can we learn to embrace change without fear?

The only thing that can get us through letting go of our ego's attachment to fear is taking an honest inventory on these illusions and to become more real.

From a higher spiritual perspective, becoming real means having nothing to fear, control, hide or to defend. All that matters is our ability to be true to ourselves and to live according to our inner integrity.

Let's examine how we can learn to let go of the need to hold on to our ego's illusion of needing to be in control of a world that is ever changing...

In a recent discussion in our forum comunity her at transCODES the question was raised of how Addiction and Recovery tie in with Ego, Inner Child, Karma & Trauma? In this following personal reflection of this subject, I am going to share some of my personal background with you and explain how this connection became clear to me.

In context with Recovery, Inner Child and Karma aspects are very important topics. As you all know, we don’t just regard substance abuse or obvious addictive behaviors as subject to Recovery – from an energetic standpoint, shadow, ego, co-dependency and co-addiction resemble addictive behaviors just as much as a full blown drug addiction and therefore always need to be a part of self-healing. The reason why Ego, Inner Separation, Inner Child and Shadow cannot be left out of our journey of recovery, is because they are karmically tied to our energetic expression, as they can for example increase or decrease our propensity to addictive coping bechaviors in all areas of our life!

Energy Work can teach us that every sensation, emotion, feeling, thought and behavior is based on our vibrational state at a certain moment. Some of these states are temporary and others are default states - states which we tend to bounce back to when under threat or dealing with a challenge. The way we handle a situation – to just get through the day or past an immediate problem - without deeper reflection is typically showing our coping mechanism. Unless we are willing to explore our deeper energetic hard-wiring Coping Patterns can make it almost impossible to get past our usual ways, even if we already know that they are ‘unhealthy’ for us.

In a very practical way our coping patterns do not only determine, but also predict the way we approach and react to outer and inner stimuli, regardless of our better knowing. Subjectively we think we depend on them, which is why we rarely investigate them. Unless our addictions becomes openly destructive for us, most of us are not aware how our ego coping is often turning against our higher goals, and how they can block our energy, and thus prevent us making important changes in our lives.

As our deeper spiritual journey reaches much farther than we expected we are beginning to understand that we cannot master the true nature of reality through knowledge alone. Dealing with the existential issues of life and consciousness itself requires us to bridge the gap between the seen and the unseen and ultimately the development of ethical or spiritual discernment through Wisdom.

This higher conceptual aspect of reclaiming the innate Divine Wisdom residing in all of us can only be obtained if we become fully aware of the archetypal and actual human struggle. Therefore, our journey for Divine Wisdom is often perceived as ardorous, as it means that we need to allow the labor pains of experiencing ourselves with all what we typically avoid or judge. It asks us to face our severed or unresolved inner aspects (Karma, Shadow, Inner Child, etc) and requires a lot of patience - and often beyond the effort our ego is willing to put into it.

While many of us get discouraged on our Journey to Enlightenment, as it seems like a never-ending process of new layers of self-realization and perceived (ego) humiliation, it can offer an immense liberation and healing if we learn to embrace our True Self it in its totality!

There is this yearning for a spiritual experience that can lift us up driving us, but we can't help to wonder how all this fits into our practical lives. Can the search for another 'high' really get us there? How do we reconcile the ever growing shallowness and obsession with instant gratitifaction in our practical lives with our innate desire for a spiritual journey?

Follow me into this discourse on modern spirituality and let's illuminate the deeper aspects of your personal spiritual journey a bit. Perhaps we can find ONE reason there, why it may be worthwhile to continue on your journey...

What good does it do us to understand the concept of love & redemption with our minds but never bringing it into expression through our open heart? You may think now, that this is easier said than done, especially if you hasve a track-record of painful relationship experiences…What is it really needed to love with an open heart?

Most humans either use love to control pain, or create pain to control love.

Of course, neither love nor pain can be controlled! All we can do is to open ourselves up for the experience and allow things to evolve. And as we all know, consciousness can only evolve through experiencing, therefore both are needed to love with an open heart. Together they provide the most advanced spiritual tool for transcending the limitations on our physical life’s journey and living life to the fullest. What would life be without pain and love?

Developing Spiritual Intelligence is about learning better ways to handle impedances – or dissonances as we call them in Energy Work. From a general energetic self-healing perspective any dissonance can be seen as something that ‘rubs-us-the-wrong-way’ – dissonance is the opposite of resonance. However, when we are caught in our inner coping and defense patterns we are often not able to differentiate between what's truly resonating with us. We are bound to react instead of having the freedom to respond.

Energetically seen, dissonances are nothing but triggers creating an inner resistance. They have the power to activate a pre-existing energetic charge and with it a lower energetic state and its associated programmed response patterns. Triggers are individual to all of us and depend on our life’s experiences and cultural programming. Triggers can be pain, trauma, drama, but also places, items, persons, actions or sensations – they can basically come in as any form of energy, either from the outside (for example: something somebody says or does to us) or from the inside as a result of a momentary inner (mental) thought, physical sensation, emotion or energetic shift.
