Everyone has the ability to sense Energies - no matter what we understand as energies. The way this happens for us is spontanteous - we have subtle feelings, inner percetions, sudden visuals and of course physically sensations. More and more of us are becoming aware of this sense - yet we can't fully connect to it. Many of us perceive it as a burden or over-sensitivity, affecting our well-being, inhibiting our daily interactions, blocking us or even isolating us sometimes. However, our energetic sensitivity can be quite useful. Let's explore how we can apply our energetic senses in our practical lives...


We all know what it is like to be reactive, anxious, emotional, dramatic, or simply feeling off or energetically unbalanced. It is part of everyone’s life that comes up when our ego feels threatened, unsafe, or simply unsure of an outcome based on on the defensive patterns that we have developed to cope with these feelings.


And, if you take a moment to remember or feel back into the last time you became off/emotional, you may have also noticed how by allowing these emotionally charged states to take hold they become more powerful the longer we stay in them, dragging us down as they do.

Energy Update 16th - 23rd December 2016



Welcome to the Year End Energies building!


Last week's energies were irratic. Many of us are consciously experiencing the a powerful inner clearing cycle while exiting 2016. For now, try to calm your nerves - things should settle down a bit for the weekend. In those states it's very important to not buy into the our hard-wired fear. Right now is still a very cool time ride the wave of good fortune - if we are willing to face what is keeping us in our insanity.


As mentioned before, there is no real beginning or end of a year from an energetic point of view, only what the collective associates with it. If at all, the energies in our direct environment are influenced by seasonal aspects our planet goes through at a specific time of the year, so by getting closer to the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year in the northern hemisphere (and the longest day of the year with the Summer Solstice in the southern hemisphere) we are approaching the climax of energies that has been building over the past 6 months and the entire year.


If you are working in public service, healing arts, sales or taxes/accounting and you know that you are energetically sensitive, pay extra attention to clearing your energies before you come home or socialize! Listen to soft music on the way home, stop by a park/tree or take out your dog right away. Do anything you can to release the tension of the day before you spend time with yourselves or your loved ones! Otherwise, your energy will progressively go down the drainer and you will continue to more feel sick, anxious or depressed. Try to look at this week as a big PURGE. Do not take anything personally!

Developing Spiritual Intelligence is about learning better ways to handle impedances – or dissonances as we call them in Energy Work. From a general energetic self-healing perspective any dissonance can be seen as something that ‘rubs-us-the-wrong-way’ – dissonance is the opposite of resonance. However, when we are caught in our inner coping and defense patterns we are often not able to differentiate between what's truly resonating with us. We are bound to react instead of having the freedom to respond.


Energetically seen, dissonances are nothing but triggers creating an inner resistance. They have the power to activate a pre-existing energetic charge and with it a lower energetic state and its associated programmed response patterns. Triggers are individual to all of us and depend on our life’s experiences and cultural programming. Triggers can be pain, trauma, drama, but also places, items, persons, actions or sensations – they can basically come in as any form of energy, either from the outside (for example: something somebody says or does to us) or from the inside as a result of a momentary inner (mental) thought, physical sensation, emotion or energetic shift.
