From an energetic point of view a High Vibrational Diet is based on supporting our body and energy system through continually allowing energetic residues to be released and new habits to be implemented. This applies especially to persons with heightened energetic sensitivity and empaths! As you all probably know, a simple clearing or detox doesn’t prevent the same old stuff from coming back. This is where your energy work needs to come in and support your overall energetic system! (read here about the Basics of Energy Work).



The main principles of a High Vibratory Diet are basically the same as a generally healthy and balanced diet - just a little more conscious. The main difference is that we need to get our heart into the game!



At the same time, if a high vibrational diet is the same as a healthy diet, does this mean that I can raise my vibration through changing my diet? Yes! Absolutely! However, eating and living in an energy sustaining nand heart-based way also challenges our ego – and with this challenge comes the necessity to face some of our deeper inner programs and self-sabotaging habits.


The very meaning of INTEGRATIVE is that it includes all areas of our life and NOT JUST ONE. So, long-term diet changes can create a massive improvement in your well-being, but in order to sustain those new levels of energy you need check on your overall energetic alignment and allow changes in other areas of life as well (e.g. Self-Love, Career, Relationship, Communication, Creativity, Exercise, Family, etc.)

Weekly Energy Digest Week 22 & 23 - Energy Update 28th May - 10th June 2017






The entire month of June will force us to clear KARMIC PATTERNS (collective karma & karmic relationships included - see articles below), especially around this week's Full Moon on the 6/9/17. Most people have an idea of what Karma means, but usually contextualize it as something bad or negative. This notion has been implanted into us through our Collective. Karma is neither good nor bad - it just is. However, there are several aspects that play into karmic patterns showing and playing out in our life, that we don't necessary see as karma, but as good or bad luck - something we cannot change. This is probably the most healing part of contextualizing our journey, as we can find many answers if we can allow ourselves to make connections!



As for the overview of coming collective energies I really hate to be the doomsayer, but CHAOTIC ENERGIES are still building. We are not even close to the pinnacle of COLLECTIVE ENERGETIC EXPLOSION, that many of are feeling in our bones already ... So, let's get ready for major KARMIC RIPPLES to come our way, even if we are not yet fully aware of our role in all this!

INTRODUCTION



It is no coincidence that most of us are struggling with making healthy choices, especially in regards to weight issues and the implementation of a healthy/energy promoting diet and lifestyle! In fact, the reason it has become so confusing, frustrating and often unrealistically expensive to live healthy is simple: We are surrounded by negativity and unhealthy energies – in the form of foods, stress, beliefs, emotions, toxins, building materials, EMFs, noises, relationships, radiation, and sometimes even unhealthy nature. It is obvious the flipside of our technological advances and daily conveniences is that they are the factors distancing us from the health and well-being we seek.


In addition, our environment and the foods we buy have become more contaminating than nourishing. Without dramatizing the situation - our food, household, environmental, pharmaceutical toxins and people's energies in the western world have basically become hostile and NOT LIFE SUSTAINING. This means that everyone with this awareness needs to 'take things in their own hands' and support his/her body and energy system by paying attention to what drains us.



In order to maintain our personal levels of energy we need to approach our life with a more integrative attitude and allow our spiritual journey to become the path of LOVE FOR LIFE, rather than seeing it as a suicide mission. With this decisive step of consciously aligning our energy to love and self-love in all areas and dimensions of our being we are allowing our energy to discern inner and outer energies for us and become able to make LIFE SUPPORTING choices without our ego-mind involved.



Supporting our personal energy system in today's world means two things:


- Helping our body to get rid of contaminants and LIFE-DRAINING energies.


- Making sure we are getting enough LIFE SUPPORTING energies/foods.
