If we knew better, we’d do better...

... think so? History shows that the knowledge alone doesn’t prevent repetitive behaviors or events from reoccurring. This doesn’t mean we can’t do better, it just means that knowledge is no guarantee for a realization of information. We all know that there is a built in inertia in us, preventing or slowing down our process from knowing, experiencing, understanding to realizing.

Never before in human history have we been able to access so much information as today, but has it changed any of the outcomes? We are still at war with another, we still have racism and degrade the feminine; and we still believe in collectively propagated lies and half-truths. If we really wanted things to be better, why wouldn’t we naturally embrace the opportunity to know better?

We all seek answers to help us finding direction in life, higher purpose or simply hands-on guidance with decision making. Many of us already understand, that this higher guidance can only come from within ourselves. We read, meditate, and constantly work on improving our Inner Vision. Some even go as far as participating in vision quest ceremonies, or trying to expand our inner visioning through astral traveling or plant medicines - but to no avail. We may make cool (or not so cool) experiences, but the search seems to never end…the answers we are looking for are not coming - and if they do, they are often confusing or misleading. How can we hack this never ending cycle of seeking for guidance?

From an energetic point of view the missing link is our inner heart connection. The only guidance that can help us to discern if incoming info is true and conducive for us is through our heart-field. Therefore, it is not the absence of info, but our inability to connect and discern that is holding us back.

So, what are we missing? Why is it so challenging to connect with our inner guidance? We can feel it’s there, but somehow we still can’t make any sense of it!

In context with current collective energies it is important that you understand that your past, your family, your ex, your job, your shadow, your karma, or your inner child are not the culprit for your life's circumstances.

Our childhood was our most vulnerable state, and yet the source of our power to transcend pain into love! For the majority of people on this planet it is the cause for getting stuck in rigid mental, emotional and physical patterns, not allowing them to contextualize their journey. However, in order to deal with problems in the NOW you need to learn ways to transcend your past!

We all have our own timeline and path to get to this point of complete reference and devotion to our inner purpose. With our developing heart connection we can see this!

The awakened True Self allows our core fears to surface so that we can work with them and discover the pathway to remembering our divine power through self-healing! This is why we feel like we are stagnating or regressing sometimes, all the while improtant integration processes are going on in the background.

At some point in our life we realize that we have spent most of our time with things that don’t really matter to us. Sure, education, relationship, family, friends, career, house, money, traveling etc. are desirable aspects of our life, but what truly defines us? Is there something else in us still waiting to be manifested? Something that we are supposed to do, express or stand for other than just surviving life and fighting our way through circumstances?

In the greater context of evolving Human Collective Consciousness the search for a deeper meaning or purpose in life could be seen as our ego searching for something that separates or elevates us. However, if Mozart, Plato, DaVinci, or Pasteur had dismissed their inner calling for expressing their talents and sought inner peace exclusively through transcendental meditation instead of dedicating their lives to their talents, their art, science, humanitarism or philanthropism, many beautiful expressions of humanity wouldn’t exist.

There are many different forms of inner and outer suffering - some of which we can or can't control. Self-Healing means recognizing that there is a power in us that drives us to WANTING TO CHANGE that. It is an inner prompting that somehow guides us to seek for solutions inwardly.

Self-Healing means reclaiming your right to take all matters concerning our inner and outer life into our own hands - that you are not powerless and that you have the power to heal yourself within you.

In energy work we call this Awakening - The process of becoming aware that we have the power to change our situation, condition or circumstances within us.

Awakening to our inner self-healing power means "opening myself to the miraclous power of allowing myself to heal."

This, and our willingness to honestly reflect on our personal involvement and the sincere resolve to improve our lives is the first and most important step of activating our Divine Self-Healing powers.

How can we start our Self-Healing Journey?
