ETHERIC PROTECTION SERIES

Bringing light into the unconscious ties to and from others is a significant process on our self-journey and is recommended for everyone who wants to move past their current limitations. Becoming aware and self-responsibly working on healing our inner attachments means to wake up and accept the purpose of our past (and sometimes even past lives) as integral part in the experience of our present and future.

The energetic perspective sees any emotional, physical, mental or spiritual pain as caused by an energy blockage based on holding on to something – a view, belief, motive or person. In Energy Work we call those aspects we hold on to or that are holding us back Energetic Attachments. In order to pinpoint the true nature of our inner attachments we need to be willing to look at all patterns in our life. Energetic attachments can make us sick and are often the underlying cause for chronic conditions or constant repeat of unfortunate experiences.

Weekly Digest Week18, Energy Update & Video 26th April - 3rd May 2017

Finally, a shift is happening...albeit a small one...

Since yesterday collective energies feel a little lighter - or at least somewhat less mirky and overwhelming. For many of us energetically sensitives small shifts can make a big difference - we are finally getting the opportunity to expand a bit more into our own space again.

Embodiment is important right now; so, if you are still feeling disconnected from yourself or the world, MAKE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT to reconnect. It's not yet time for big changes, but a good time for getting ready to be more practical!

In last weeks' energy digest I wrote a lot about the 'why's' and the ENERGETIC DYNAMICS OF GETTING STUCK in our old patterns. Now, is the time to move on and realign ourselves to the PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION of our new insights and perspectives - in short:

ADDRESSING OUR HABITS AND EMBRACING OUR PHYSICAL.

ETHERIC PROTECTION SERIES

Whenever we communicate, think of, write to, fantasize about or get in touch with others we are connecting and thus interacting with the energy of another person.

Energetically sensitives and empaths are very familiar with the phenomenon of sensing a lot more than just the acted, spoken or written word. We respond to subtle energies, resonances and dissonances, intentions, stored memories, energetic residues and even etheric interaction. When we talk or think of another person, we can see their projections, can feel stabbed in the back while being complimented; pick up when someone doesn’t speak truth; see where energies go and how the subtle energy body of the other acts. In short, our range of communication includes not only the seen but also the unseen.

We all can we can pick up on emotions, thoughts, physical sensations and even pictures when we are talking to or thinking of another person or situation. Are our inner reactions to others really all our own or is there a form of interaction going on, that is outside of our normal radar?

Weekly Energy Digest Week 16 & 17 - Energy Update 15th-25th April 2017

What can I say? The past two weeks went by as expected...so, I sat out the last report not wanting to waste your time with sounding like a broken record. Shadow stuff and Inner Child got us well last week - inner conflicts were reigning our life making many of us feel like GETTING STUCK IN INNER DARKNESS. It felt like nothing resolved but just repeated; in addition, most of us dealt with HEAVY PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS, such as continual tiredness, dizziness, nausea, shoulder and stomach issues - with some of us even getting temporarily locked up with disc issues and lower back/hip pain.

So far, the month of April has definitely been up there on the list of rough times... The tiredness and/or insomnia is seriously wearing us down and so, it's no surprise that e all feel a bit run down through STAGNATION. However, while these times in which collective energy bands force us to do an internal reality check suck, they also provide a great opportunity for healing - that is from an energy work perspective. As we are finally getting sick of ourselves, our tiredness allows us to pierce the veil of EGO ILLUSIONS and brings us into the position of recognizing that "if we don't change anything, nothing is going to change."

In general, Energetic Projection is the act of (consciously or unconsciously) directing energy towards another person, place, time, space or the outside world. It’s an ability we all have, and something we all do in our daily lives – some in a more powerful way than others. A successful sales person or negotiator is typically a good energy projector.

So, while most of us probably think of astral projection and cool OBE experiences as means to exploring other realities or finding truth, I would like to talk about becoming aware of how we all project, the dangers of projection and how to prevent getting manipulated through outer projection.

Understanding the energetic dynamics of projection and absorption can play a major role for the energetic sensitive or empathetic person, as daily exposure to energy draining environments constantly attack our energy field.

One of the most common energetic phenomena many of us energetically sensitives experience is the feeling of being energetically drained, depleted or even debilitated. This can indicate a physical or emotional cause, but in many cases chronic or repeating energetic discomfort can be a sign that there are behavioral aspects involved.

No matter how good we become as energy reader and self-healer, if we pursue unconscious behaviors that are counterproductive to our energetic health, the underlying cause is often difficult to spot. The only way to address persistent energetic drainage is through looking at our energetic interaction with our environment.

Weekly Energy Digest W 8/9/10 - Energy Update 18th February - 10th March 2017

These past 2 weeks brought up a lot of inner and outer TURMOIL - you don't need me to tell you this: Nothing seems to be working anymore; old emotions and fears are kicking and screaming; old patterns are back and all our good intentions went out the window -  just for us to see the futility of our rigid old ways.

Many of us experienced some kind of loss or a big LETTING GO these past weeks. It's like as if an old cycle wants to come to an end. And so, here we are - our triggers were pushed and once more we feel like running in cycles.

While this letting go pain activated our raw LIFE FORCE to spike up again, it also brought some of our SHADOW ASPECTS back to life. This required and continues to require us to be the OBSERVER  and CONTEXTUALIZE our inner energetic reactions, rather than judging them. This was and still is tough for many … and even if we were able to see exactly what was going on, it could still trigger LONLINESS and SELF-DOUBT.

Let’s dig a littler deeper here and explore how many of us set out on a journey with only half of the needed equipment to process what we are experiencing, and why it can be deceiving...

In order to fully understand the link between projection and deception we need to understand that Energetic Projection is much more complex than we think. While it is a natural ability to project our thoughts or emotions, there is a component to it that is mostly unaware to us - the deceptive power of our own ego - the relativity and limitation of our own perception.
