How many times do you find yourself stuck in analyzing, overthinking, thinking about your thinking (metathinking), judging, or even fantasizing just hoping you could find a way to stop it all?




You shift your focus, you go for a run, you watch something, talk to a friend and so on, only to be pulled back into that spin of the mind a few moments later?  




Sound familiar?  




For most of us, the mind seems to be ‘who we are’ or ‘what we are,’ but in reality, the mind is really nothing more than a filter that gives us thoughts based on what we are focused on in any given moment.




We have all experienced this when watching a scary movie and then going home or going to bed wondering why we have bad dreams or random fears show up as we try to relax for the night.




Thoughts, mentations, memories, are nothing more than forms that register in our mind based on what energetic state we are resonating at, and this leads to us creating the reality that we see in the moment and on a bigger scale over time.


In the case of the scary movie, random thoughts will pop up many times during and after as these movies illicit feelings of fear and danger.  




Why am I afraid?  


What if someone breaks into my house?  


What if I have a nightmare?  


Did I lock the door?  




All this feeds the emotional response sparked by the movie itself and the experience of watching it (focus) and until we shift this focus, these fears will keep trying to dominate our thinking.




This is just a small example but shows how this focus works.  However, when it comes to our more complex, deeper mental patterns does this still work to stop these cycles?  Or, better yet, how do we shift out of this constant focus on thinking or even emotional responses?


Well…trying to stop thinking is one way…but for most this is brings about frustration and something that seems impossible as when do try to go there, the mind seems to throw even more at us! 




When we are stuck in the thinkingness of the mind, change is challenging as asking questions and ruminating about them will only lead to greater levels of analyzing, overthinking, and yes judgment about what we are doing or what others are doing….




It is a fixation on form and the endless stream of those forms brought about by our focus on the mind and mentation that keeps us stuck in the mind.  A fixation or fascination with thinking.  




Our focus giving us back what we are focused on, remember that…




What if we moved past the forms and the thoughts themselves and just for a moment realized that the mind does what it does without us really doing anything.  It spits out or takes in all kinds of info and then boom thoughts based on ‘where we are at’ begin to permeate our energy and space.  




It brings up or latches onto ideas, patterns, conclusions all based on the info in front of us…but is that really us?




This last question is a big one and has been discussed for ages, so just for the moment let’s just accept that the mind isn’t all of us and what is past this is our awareness or consciousness (or Divine Wifi as Jona recently mentioned on a brief video - click here to watch)  




This is what registers the thoughts we have and has the ability to allow us to respond or react to what is coming in…  For most this occurs so fast (reactive, ego-based responses) that we don’t realize the gap there.  It seems automatic and for most makes its more difficult to see the separation.  




However, to someone who works on being present, being real/truth…this gap can become quite evident, quite quickly.  




So then the big question is, is thinking really going to get you where you need to go?  




Or, is our current state of focus more important?  




Thinking leads to…to more thinking, more questions, more possibilities, and even more thinking.  It’ll bring up all kinds of ego based programs, ideas, limitations, and patterns and usually get you stuck in what was or what might be…missing the moment where you can actually change something.


By learning to shift from thinking into working on on our focus or awareness or where we hold our energy at during a day, we are actually working to change the overall context of how we perceive life.  As when you change the filter life is seen through, all changes.  




Or, more simplified, what we tend to hold in mind comes true.  Told you it would come back…




This understanding of thinking is mind and asking too many questions keeps us in it, is vital to understanding the need to let go of the view that our mind is at the center of who we are as a soul.   Learning to focus on simple questions and alignments is a way of out of this ongoing cycle of too much thought as its shifts us into feeling and allowing.


Questions such as what do I need right now? Or, where would I like to be in five years are vital and important.  




But, once you know these answers (even generally), what are you focusing on?  Are you trying to break it all down and determine exactly how to get there all the time?  Or, are you focusing on the needed steps and allowing them to become your guide?  Are you working on being what your focus or at least becoming it?  Following those inner promptings and feelings while being rooted in the moment? 




The answer is likely both, but the key is the awareness of where your energy is at…where your focus is being pulled as this determines where you end up and what you experience and what you become.




By learning to focus on what we need or our goal is and not the thoughts themselves, then we are aligning to the potential of this goal coming forward and working towards allowing it to be more in our lives.  




The focus is what will get us there (as well as working on our energetic state), not the thinking about how as this tends to get us off point, into the future too much or into why aren’t we there yet?




Remember, thinking and asking questions gets us into the mind more and more and takes us out of the present where we actually have the chance and choice to act or do things differently.




Working out what we need and then focusing on it, keeps us linked to the present and the actions needed to keep us aligned to the goals at hand.  




So, what is the answer to too much thinking?  Stop focusing on it…  




I know it sounds simple, but it is one of the big steps and eventually, your system will realize and accept this is your path.  




Learn to let go of the fascination with your mind.  It is not who you are!  If it was, it would follow your promptings to the letter!




Focus instead on what needs to be done to get you to the next step and do that.  Then, repeat and double check your goals from time to time.   Learn to have a focus of acceptance or love for all…or truth and expansion.  As in these more benevolent goals or focus, life becomes more sacred and more trusting and finding fault in any of it (mind) becomes more difficult with time.




Get good at working towards the small parts of your goal to get the big overall picture and stay in the becoming or beingness of where you want to be by keeping busy working the plan and feeling out what is needed next. 




As you do this, work on your energy and your inner connection to yourself, your emotions, your feelings and what is coming in from within.  This shift out of asking and thinking, into more alignment and feeling what is needed will aid you greatly in becoming less mind and more awareness…eventually leading to even more lovingness and you just might find out that the journey is really fascinating and actually enjoyable!!  


Learning to be as opposed to a focus on what we do leads to much more joy!  So, have fun becoming who you want to be!

If we knew better, we’d do better...


History shows that the knowledge of this alone doesn’t prevent its repetition. This is no different for our personal lives. We all do things we know we shouldn't do - even though we know better. Knowledge alone is no guarantee for making better choices, finding truth, fulfillment or happiness. A good example for this is the growing problem of discerning information. Never before in human history have we been able to access so much information as today, but has it changed any of the outcomes?


As accessibility if knowledge isn’t really the issue anymore the bigger concern appears to be is the discernment of the underlying agenda and trustworthiness of the source of information. While it seems to be politically correct to whistleblow all kinds of different versions of truth, it has become increasingly difficult to choose which kind of information we can rely on.


How Can We Learn To Know Better So We Can Choose Better?


There is no doubt that objective and evidence-based knowledge, intellectual curiosity and learning promote inner growth and differentiation, but can it really teach us how to DISCERN TRUTH? Experiencing, understanding and realizing are subjective processes that cannot be simulated through theoretical or conceptual knowledge. Without including our INNER KNOWINGNESS that arises out of a trust in our deeper inner connection prompting us to FEEL TRUTH, we can't even be sure if the choices we think we have are ours.

Have you ever been accused of being in your mind too much? There is a reason why so many of us energetically sensitives choose to use our minds as way to cope with our 3D reality. Overwhelming emotions, bombarding energetic sensations and personal challenges can drive us to the edge of managing our daily lives. In order to stay functional many of us find consolation in our cognitive function. However, on our quest to higher awareness and deeper consciousness this very coping mechanism eventually can become a barrier if we don't adapt. Seeking spiritual knowingness through knowledge alone can't get us where we want to go.


Meditation and Mindfulness have shown to be wonderful tools to get out of our minds, but why is it so difficult to let go of it? Let's dive deep into the abyss of our internal mentalization process and illuminate the energetic aspects of consciousness work to show to ourselves why our mind alone isn't as effective as we think it is.

... think so? History shows that the knowledge alone doesn’t prevent repetitive behaviors or events from reoccurring. This doesn’t mean we can’t do better, it just means that knowledge is no guarantee for a realization of information. We all know that there is a built in inertia in us, preventing or slowing down our process from knowing, experiencing, understanding to realizing.


Never before in human history have we been able to access so much information as today, but has it changed any of the outcomes? We are still at war with another, we still have racism and degrade the feminine; and we still believe in collectively propagated lies and half-truths. If we really wanted things to be better, why wouldn’t we naturally embrace the opportunity to know better?

Part of our collective human awakening process is the desire to break free from old paradigms and collective uncertainty. The strongest force holding us back on this journey is our ego’s fear of death and the fear of pain. It expresses through endless loops of spiraling thinking and dramatizing while our Heart, through which we could tap into the ‘Field of all Possibilities’ slowly dystrophies. If we lose the connection with our heart, we are trapped in our programmed and survival oriented ego. Our life becomes dominated by inner and outer conflicts and contradictions - our inner dualisms. We become empty, anxious and lonely and our biggest fear is Nothingness.



A heart-based consciousness gives us the ability to discern who we truly are, what drives us, what our real needs are and what we truly want – and what the world needs. It spontaneously clears our inner dissonances, provides inner peace and delivers the guidance on how to get there.

There is an interesting phenomenon that arises through our dedication to our consciousness development and spiritual journey. Somehow, our spiritual intelligence not only alters the way we perceive our world and us in it, but it can also change the way we are able to handle or even change our reality.



Somewhere here is a riddle – something that can empirically be experienced but objectively not be explained. How can we bridge the gap between our personal consciousness development, human collective evolution, seeking Divine Wisdom and still staying true to ourselves?

In practical spiritualism we see Divine Wisdom as something that can only be obtained, or better say, reclaimed, if we are willing to let go of our collective programming and healing the 'original wound' of our humanity. You may not agree, but from an energetic point of view the biggest evolutionary collective task is the liberation of The Feminine. This has nothing to do with making women more special or better than men; on the contrary! This is about reconnecting humanity back to its Divine Creation Powers through consciousness development.


The growing number of highly sensitive people, empaths and energetically sensitives is showing us that we are evolving...


Why is it so difficult for us as collective to accept that it’s not our conditioned rationality – our presumed strong side - but our ability to feel, to be soft, creative and allowing – our considered ‘weaker’ part - that is needed to experience the undiscovered potential of human spirituality?

Energy Update 15th February 2017





Hi There, 


Due to current collective energies many of us are going through a deeper grieving, letting go or heart-pain process right now. Part of this is the direct confrontation with the truth of our inner patterns and beginning ability to pierce through our projections. Often, this initiates a disillusionment or deep sadness at first - we doubt ourselves, our love and worst of all our ability to love. Know that you are not alone in this right now, and that collective energies are triggering this correction process!
