Our inner journey of connecting with our True Self is nothing more than the process of remembering who we truly are - an eternal soul. Simple, basic and not special at all. However, on a practical level it can be one of the toughest journeys we will ever embark on! Being connected with our True Self unlocks the deep understanding of ourselves and our Divine nature and also our higher abilities, such as healing and self-healing. It creates the unmistakable feeling of oneness in our heart accompanied with a yearning to be true to ourselves, others and our needs - basically, the calling to live our true potential and purpose in life.


But why is it that being true to oneself seems like such a big deal? Don’t we all have a True Self? Aren’t we the authority in matters of ourselves? What can we do to be more connected with our True Self?

These past weeks we have been confronted with the deeper aspects of mental and emotional control patterns, such as opinions, judgments and fear that specifically challenge our ability to forgive or reconcile. Subjectively we perceive this in form of increasing inner conflicts - the battle between our conscience and our inner feelings. Negative sentiments and self-doubt, but also blaming and feelings of revenge are not uncommon in these times. So, while we are prompted to go into deeper inner healing outer circumstances seem to conspire to show us the battle between our Heart and Mind.

What good does it do us to understand the concept of love & redemption with our minds but never bringing it into expression through our open heart? You may think now, that this is easier said than done, especially if you hasve a track-record of painful relationship experiences…What is it really needed to love with an open heart?


Most humans either use love to control pain, or create pain to control love.



Of course, neither love nor pain can be controlled! All we can do is to open ourselves up for the experience and allow things to evolve. And as we all know, consciousness can only evolve through experiencing, therefore both are needed to love with an open heart. Together they provide the most advanced spiritual tool for transcending the limitations on our physical life’s journey and living life to the fullest. What would life be without pain and love?

There are many different forms of inner and outer suffering - some of which we can or can't control. Self-Healing means recognizing that there is a power in us that drives us to WANTING TO CHANGE that. It is an inner prompting that somehow guides us to seek for solutions inwardly.


Self-Healing means reclaiming your right to take all matters concerning our inner and outer life into our own hands - that you are not powerless and that you have the power to heal yourself within you.


In energy work we call this Awakening - The process of becoming aware that we have the power to change our situation, condition or circumstances within us.


Awakening to our inner self-healing power means "opening myself to the miraclous power of allowing myself to heal."


This, and our willingness to honestly reflect on our personal involvement and the sincere resolve to improve our lives is the first and most important step of activating our Divine Self-Healing powers.
