The main theme of the video is HOW WE WASTE OUR LIFEFORCE, and how we thus miss our purpose in life. Recognizing the power residing in our LIFEFORCE is one of the most transformational shift in our lives, as it points us to the path of SELF-MASTERY. In the first 20 minutes, I talk about how we get confused and conflicted about our purpose, what the effects on us are, and how becoming more aware of where and when we waste or donate our lifeforce needs to become our priority to make the UNCONSCIOUS CONSCIOUS.

Authenticity is the lifelong process of learning about ourselves and reinventing our reality. The so invoked Consciousness facilitates Oneness from within. Consciousness is the dedication to our authentic self-awareness and courage to question our perception of reality, which then leads to the practice and art of recontextualizing what we experience based on being aware of who we are.

Due to the virtue of ‘being conscious’ and knowing who we are as individuated ‘ Soul Self’ we can then develop a larger understanding of ‘oneness’ as inclusive of ‘All there is', as the need to be ‘exclusive’ or 'better than it is' is no longer part of the perceived reality.

Awakening helps us to see and discern truth, but to form a working roadmap for integrity and truthful beingness needs to be practiced - we need to practice AWAKENESS, because our system is set up to send us to sleep! It binds us to our 3Dness and allows for our ego's survival and coping mechanisms to dominate our perception of reality, ourselves and the world we live in.

Our ego's job is to help us cope with the reality of our inner dualisms, the right and wrongs, failures and successes, and especially with the fact that our live has an expiration date. Only the trained awakened soul becomes able to form a steady and balanced awareness of where in our lives we need to liberate ourselves from TOXICITY, what is truly good and what isn't; what promotes our growth and what allows us to have access to our INNER POWERS of Truth, Choice, and Co-Creation.

How many times do you find yourself stuck in analyzing, overthinking, thinking about your thinking (metathinking), judging, or even fantasizing just hoping you could find a way to stop it all?

You shift your focus, you go for a run, you watch something, talk to a friend and so on, only to be pulled back into that spin of the mind a few moments later?

Sound familiar?

For most of us, the mind seems to be ‘who we are’ or ‘what we are,’ but in reality, the mind is really nothing more than a filter that gives us thoughts based on what we are focused on in any given moment.

We have all experienced this when watching a scary movie and then going home or going to bed wondering why we have bad dreams or random fears show up as we try to relax for the night.

Thoughts, mentations, memories, are nothing more than forms that register in our mind based on what energetic state we are resonating at, and this leads to us creating the reality that we see in the moment and on a bigger scale over time.

In the case of the scary movie, random thoughts will pop up many times during and after as these movies illicit feelings of fear and danger.

Why am I afraid?

What if someone breaks into my house?

What if I have a nightmare?

Did I lock the door?

All this feeds the emotional response sparked by the movie itself and the experience of watching it (focus) and until we shift this focus, these fears will keep trying to dominate our thinking.

This is just a small example but shows how this focus works.  However, when it comes to our more complex, deeper mental patterns does this still work to stop these cycles?  Or, better yet, how do we shift out of this constant focus on thinking or even emotional responses?

Well…trying to stop thinking is one way…but for most this is brings about frustration and something that seems impossible as when do try to go there, the mind seems to throw even more at us!

When we are stuck in the thinkingness of the mind, change is challenging as asking questions and ruminating about them will only lead to greater levels of analyzing, overthinking, and yes judgment about what we are doing or what others are doing….

It is a fixation on form and the endless stream of those forms brought about by our focus on the mind and mentation that keeps us stuck in the mind.  A fixation or fascination with thinking.

Our focus giving us back what we are focused on, remember that…

What if we moved past the forms and the thoughts themselves and just for a moment realized that the mind does what it does without us really doing anything.  It spits out or takes in all kinds of info and then boom thoughts based on ‘where we are at’ begin to permeate our energy and space.

It brings up or latches onto ideas, patterns, conclusions all based on the info in front of us…but is that really us?

This last question is a big one and has been discussed for ages, so just for the moment let’s just accept that the mind isn’t all of us and what is past this is our awareness or consciousness (or Divine Wifi as Jona recently mentioned on a brief video - click here to watch)

This is what registers the thoughts we have and has the ability to allow us to respond or react to what is coming in…  For most this occurs so fast (reactive, ego-based responses) that we don’t realize the gap there.  It seems automatic and for most makes its more difficult to see the separation.

However, to someone who works on being present, being real/truth…this gap can become quite evident, quite quickly.

So then the big question is, is thinking really going to get you where you need to go?

Or, is our current state of focus more important?

Thinking leads to…to more thinking, more questions, more possibilities, and even more thinking.  It’ll bring up all kinds of ego based programs, ideas, limitations, and patterns and usually get you stuck in what was or what might be…missing the moment where you can actually change something.

By learning to shift from thinking into working on on our focus or awareness or where we hold our energy at during a day, we are actually working to change the overall context of how we perceive life.  As when you change the filter life is seen through, all changes.

Or, more simplified, what we tend to hold in mind comes true.  Told you it would come back…

This understanding of thinking is mind and asking too many questions keeps us in it, is vital to understanding the need to let go of the view that our mind is at the center of who we are as a soul.   Learning to focus on simple questions and alignments is a way of out of this ongoing cycle of too much thought as its shifts us into feeling and allowing.

Questions such as what do I need right now? Or, where would I like to be in five years are vital and important.

But, once you know these answers (even generally), what are you focusing on?  Are you trying to break it all down and determine exactly how to get there all the time?  Or, are you focusing on the needed steps and allowing them to become your guide?  Are you working on being what your focus or at least becoming it?  Following those inner promptings and feelings while being rooted in the moment?

The answer is likely both, but the key is the awareness of where your energy is at…where your focus is being pulled as this determines where you end up and what you experience and what you become.

By learning to focus on what we need or our goal is and not the thoughts themselves, then we are aligning to the potential of this goal coming forward and working towards allowing it to be more in our lives.

The focus is what will get us there (as well as working on our energetic state), not the thinking about how as this tends to get us off point, into the future too much or into why aren’t we there yet?

Remember, thinking and asking questions gets us into the mind more and more and takes us out of the present where we actually have the chance and choice to act or do things differently.

Working out what we need and then focusing on it, keeps us linked to the present and the actions needed to keep us aligned to the goals at hand.

So, what is the answer to too much thinking?  Stop focusing on it…

I know it sounds simple, but it is one of the big steps and eventually, your system will realize and accept this is your path.

Learn to let go of the fascination with your mind.  It is not who you are!  If it was, it would follow your promptings to the letter!

Focus instead on what needs to be done to get you to the next step and do that.  Then, repeat and double check your goals from time to time.   Learn to have a focus of acceptance or love for all…or truth and expansion.  As in these more benevolent goals or focus, life becomes more sacred and more trusting and finding fault in any of it (mind) becomes more difficult with time.

Get good at working towards the small parts of your goal to get the big overall picture and stay in the becoming or beingness of where you want to be by keeping busy working the plan and feeling out what is needed next.

As you do this, work on your energy and your inner connection to yourself, your emotions, your feelings and what is coming in from within.  This shift out of asking and thinking, into more alignment and feeling what is needed will aid you greatly in becoming less mind and more awareness…eventually leading to even more lovingness and you just might find out that the journey is really fascinating and actually enjoyable!!

Learning to be as opposed to a focus on what we do leads to much more joy!  So, have fun becoming who you want to be!

With love,

Jeff Casper

One of the main themes in intense times like right now is learning to discern dark from light forces - chaos from unity. Once we find ourselves beginning to see truth an inner transformation begins to happen. We begin to feel attracted to higher vibrational places, people and teachings and we feel a longing for SOUL INTEGRATION. What drives us now is not our ego but the resolution of inner SEPARATION & FEAR through allowing ourselves to feel whole again. It is then when we begin to feel a renewed trust in our inner higher power to guide us through the darkness in this world, that we finally understand the purpose of the pain of chaos.

To overcome the pain of inner separation we recognize that all we need is to reconnect to our WHOLE & UNITED SELF, and realize that our journey is a healing path to find our lost SOUL PURPOSE again. Let's illuminate together, what these deeper aspects of self healing mean for our personal journey:

Imagine all your problems or inner conflicts could be solved by shifting our energetic state to a faster vibratory rate, in which you have access to more abilities – solutions you cannot see when caught in the state of your problem. Energetically seen, everything is ‘just’ energy.

There is a new type of Personal Consciousness Work emerging through our collective awakening process – Remote Energy transMISSIONS. It is not esoteric and yet includes the mystical aspects of our evolving consciousness. It can be applied by anyone and does not require metaphysical or spiritual knowledge. In short, this type of Energy Work is practical in nature and does not require affiliation with a particular belief, teaching or practice. Hence, it could be seen as non-denominational energetic ground-work, as it allows us to explore and apply the devloping new levels of our energetic perception regardless of our background or belief-system.

TransMISSIONS are remote energy sessions in which the frequency of our personal energy field is sped up to remove, heal or initiate inner processes that are blocking the optimal flow of energy in any area of our life. It opens the door to the deeper workings of our consciousness and teaches us to actively engage with our innate self-healing abilities to resolve persistent physical, mental and emotional problems no matter whether we are new to meditation or spiritual contemplation. They can provide the resource for learning personal energy management and dealing with energetic sensitivity.

The clearing, integrating and healing process of our ego, karma and trauma load is called Consciousness Work. While this sounds exhausting and complicated just by the word of it and what it all entails, most of us who are interested in the deeper aspects of our spiritual journey soon develop an embracing attitude towards our more hidden stuff. Therefore, whenever we talk about Karma Work we are talking about it the context of the greater picture we see our journey in.

Consciousness Work means ‘taking action’ through 'non-action'; through allowing our inner connection and inner perceptions to show us the way. Our consciousness has the power to not only change our vibrational energy, but also our hidden patterns, and unconscious manifestation blocks, and even our DNA - we just need to learn how to reclaim this inner ability.

Active Karma Work is closely related to Shadow and Trauma Work – we call it jokingly "The Drama of the Trauma of Karma." Through the consciousness expanding nature of our Self-Healing Journey we very quickly get to realizing that Karma is the result of our unprocessed shadows, inner child wounds and traumas - or vice versa? - this is something we get explore in Karma Work. However, the bottom line is that they are closely linked to another and that they bascially show us the interplay and energetic dynamics between our ego and higher consciousness.

Changing our Karma mainly happens through understanding and developing compassion for the purpose and nature of our karma. You will find that they are mostly about shifting our self-perception and reframing our life’s experiences, and that this is not necessarily in our ego’s interest....

Let's explore together how our Karma and Karmic Aspects can be transcended in 4 simple steps!

Losing a loved one, moving, finding a new job, or the end of a relationship is a good example for how our mind’s perception is conditioned to buy into the fear that there has to be a beginning and an end of everything. Our ego fears the end of all things, be it life, joy, love, time or its own existence, which it equates with death. In terms of nature we allow ourselves the visualization that there is greater cycle of life and that everything is reborn a one form or another, but when it comes to the deeper understanding of ourselves and the context of our own existence, we have a hard time remembering that Beginning and End are merely illusions of our linear ego-mind.

Reframing our Ego’s Fear

From a metaphysical point of view there is no beginning or end – there is only the Alpha and Omega - the simultaneous allness and nothingness of existence in form of looping and replicating holographic energy converging in the singularity of the Divine Field (for the absence of a better word).
