Energy Update 7th –13th January 2017



Most of us are still a bit in transition. We are busy trying to get a feeling for where we are - and where we want to be. Don't take this too seriously right now. We can't control the future - only our present, so don't get pulled into the craze of trying to figure it all out right now. Take it easy and allow yourself to settle first - you will need a good FOUNDATION this year!


COMMUNICATION is a bit distorted this week and needs a little extra effort, if we don't want to end up keep clearing up misunderstandings. My recommendation is to stay away from mainstream media for a while (until after the US inauguration) - there will be lots of fake news, hypes and euphorias, but also sudden and shocking revelations that will do nothing but stirring up emotions.  New triggers for violence and social unrest are on the way. Just don't get pulled into every hype and wait it out. Important news will make it your way anyway!



2017 Energies First Glance





There are big changes and many more transitions ahead of us, in fact this new year will barely give us a break from adjusting to an entirely NEW REALITY. Some of these changes will bring about great progress in the health and energy field - others will challenge our political and economic views and values. We will have to be open and flexible if we want to be able to navigate through this collective transition with ease. The best way to handle collective energies will be through our personal INDEPENDENCE. The less dependent we are on banks, corporations, supply chains, and infrastructure the easier it will be for us to make good choices. 


Much of the information that will come forward this year will finally reveal what many of us have been feeling as SUPPRESSION OF TRUTH all along. Conspiracy theorists will have a field day this year  - just not in the way we think. It is advisable to not get lost in the 'I told you so' and ignore the deeper meaning. It doesn't matter who saw it first - it's about what we do with this information!


The biggest challenge in 2017 will be to ACCEPT the practical changes that this year will bring about, so we might as well begin to practice with SELF-ACCEPTANCE. Don't ignore unhealthy patterns and cycles in your life, especially the unconscious karmic kind. 


Anything unresolved will come back to us, only to find out that we CANNOT APPLY OUR OLD WAYS anymore. We will be asked to let go of many of the old paradigms we grew up with. However, If we know how our ego ticks, what we need to feel safe and how to tap into our inner guidance there is nothing to worry about - we will get the right promptings at the right time - just don't waste your time waiting for a better time - it's never been better than NOW to make long overdue changes! Listen to your feeling! 


Let's be clear: Positive thinking alone, while externalizing our powers believing that governments, or anybody else for that matter, will take care of our needs will not give us enough trust in our own abilities and responsibilities this year. We will be asked to make more than one course correction, which means we need to have the COURAGE TO ACT - and this requires us to know how to access and trust in our OWN SOURCE OF POWER. Our own source of power can be anything from discovering our true talents, letting go of unhealthy relationships, to finally actualizing what we have been wanting to do for a long time. In this way we create better energetic conditions in order to TURN SOURCE INTO RESOURCE, as opposed to constantly waiting for something to happen... Just do it!


Therefore, standing our ground but not holding on to old patterns will be imperative. This year of Renewal will bring many opportunities to turn a crisis into FORTUNE - but in order to identify these moments in which we can make fundamental changes that will enrich our lives we will need to become more FLEXIBLE in our belief and perception system. Also, it can't hurt to work on our relationships with others. As mentioned before, smaller communities, personal support structures, good friends and co-ops will be essential this year.


This past week was for ARRIVING. Nothing that needed to be done, other than being in your body and allowing yourself to shake off the ups and downs of the past weeks! But collective Energies are building again - reaching a peak between the 10th-12th January 2017. The best way to CONSERVE YOUR ENERGY is by staying in the moment! If you are plagued by headaches again, use clearing agents like Lavender, Peppermint Oil and Sage smoke in your home. 


PHYSICAL INTEGRATION of high vibratory energies and learning how to hold our personal energy in expansive states will be the theme for the entire year. This week is a good time for beginning to implement new health routines and starting to fix old issues, such as eating habits, but also long overdue dental and orthopedic work.









The first half of January will provide us with healing energies that allow us to calm and reorganize our basics. Hereby it's important that we find back to the core of our PHYSICAL SOURCE OF ENERGY. To support this process focus on physical FUNDAMENTALS such as stretching, moving and drinking more water. If you don't have a daily habit of connecting with nature yet (even if it's just through growing plants in your apartment) use this free source of clearing and balancing energy to lift your emotional and physical spirits! Stretching and walking in nature are the best remedy for clogged inner energies!

* Have Overdue Dental & Orthopedic Work Done this Year

* Allow Yourself Resting Time-Outs and Integration Time

* Do Things That Have No Purpose other than Expressing Yourself

* Align to Beauty rather than just Function

* Send Your Appreciation and Love to all Your Systems that Work Well

  - and even more Love to those not working well at the moment
