Many of us energetically sensitive, spiritual and empath people feel lost when faced with the adversity of politics or societal conflicts. We are not sure how to respond. It's not that we don't care, but on the deeper level of our heart we're just not sure how politics and shifts in outer power structures are fitting into the larger context of our spiritual journey. Does this make us 'spiritual people' ignorant or weak?
You call me a snow-flake, but in my exprience it takes a lot more to not fall for the hype of skittish herd than staying in my own center. Through years of working as energy coach for energetically sensitive and empath people I have met some of the emotionally and mentally strongest people I can think of. In my view Visionaries, Transpersonal Meditators, Spiritual Warriors and Energy Healers are probably one of the most misunderstood people of this emerging new generation of neurologically and energetically divergent group of non-conformists! Not reacting to mass-movements or media spectacles is something we carefully train for, and so it often makes us look aloof or deeply troubled on the outside, all the while our true power is in seeing through some of the programmed matrix -illusion . After all, we often sense energetic ripples of current events way before they happen, as they often torment us physically and emotionally, even though most of us don't even watch TV or listen to news.
We strive for a life expressed through mutual respect, oneness, deeper values and integrity - virtues are working on developing through aligning our perception of the world to our heart's truth. How can we fit in violence, disrespect, intimidation and open displays of power that don't feel compatible with us? How can we express our values or even contribute if the actions and values of our environment don't feel true to us? We recognize in our heart that there is a deep wound in us humans that makes us feel powerless and desperate, and yet we can't agree with how this is expressed through others. We just can't see how collectively acted out anger and fear can resolve this dilemma!
How can a spiritually or energetically aware person respond to current events without disconnecting from the rest of the world? How can we reconcile our inner spiritual guidance for the deeper healing of these wounds with our practical needs?
burdened by our physical existence. When we talk about healing and self-healing it's not because we believe that every person is flawed or sick, but mainly because we identify the major cause for dysfunctionality in our society as the lack of development or sometimes even suppression of an inner spiritual connection.
Separation, be it through the feeling of not fitting in or feeling alone is a symptom of inner disconnection. For some religion can help with this development, for others forced religious views in childhood now prohibit spirituality. Our main focus is a practical spirituality without religious views or agenda. We regard the our collective experience in this age and time as a spiritual self-healing journey and therefore refer to healing as means to reconnect with our innate higher abilities to observe and direct inner as well as outer energies.
