Collective Karma can be a bit difficult to understand - but if we want to learn ways to outvibrate the Global Shadow clearing that coming our way, we need to let go of our rigid opinions and beliefs. Try to understand the expression of our Human Collective Group Karma as our tendency to violence, terror, war, fear, pain, and survival aspects. The current global collape of cultural, racial, religious, economical and political power structures allows us to release our collective shadow, and therefore represents the inevitable healing task for us as collective.

What we are experiencing is the cleansing of karmic debt on a collective level - of humanity itself - as a result of incremental vibrational increase of consciousness since 2012. (Click on link to read more about collective energies and karma.)

In order to get through this predicted three year period of correctional collective clearing it is of utmost importance to understand the deeper meaning of having to go through geopolitical and planetary changes, and how they are linked to our personal struggles.

In my view Karmic aspects are the most commonly overlooked aspects in self-healing and recovery from disease, addiction, trauma or crises. If Karma can be seen as any energetic imbalance that seeks to balance itself out, then it can become more clear that the purpose of Karma is to facilitate and support the healing of any unhealed part in our energy field, regardless of its origin. There is no 'good' or 'bad' Karma - Karma is nothing but the energetic consequence of our inner thoughts and outer actions. In other words, if we begin to understand our circumstances as an integral part of our healing and recovery process, forgiveness, compassion and grieving feel more true to us than blaming, victimizing and wanting revenge.

This doesn’t mean that we have to passively swallow wrongdoings or accept everything as ‘karma’. This would be far off from what this inner knowing wants to provide for us. It can enable us to see the big picture – to move from the experiencer into the observer position and strengthens the connection with our inner Divine Consciousness. Karma work is a major step out of the hamster-wheel of repeating negative experiences and the ticket to re-instating our soul’s integrity.

Many of us experience the pressing feeling of not ‘belonging’ into our families or where we originated. In our attempt to break free or rebel against family structures we often struggle with lifelong family and relationship issues, which are very often interconnected. Depending on our karmic set-up, family constellation and childhood experiences these inner and outer conflicts can have a very important purpose, namely to free ourselves from karmic binds and to create optimal circumstances for healing our deeper aspects – if we can recognize their connection!

There is recent scientific evidence (keyword Epigenetics) that shows how trauma can be genetically inherited to future generations (click here to read a sample study) . This groundbreaking new understanding of how our lives are not just influenced by what we have consciously experienced, but also by the pain and suffering our ancestors have experienced leads us to whole different view on our personal journey.

In Energy Work we have been observing this correation all along. The active and conscious self-healing path always leads to inherited karmic family aspects - in fact, I cannot recall a single energy field without karmic attachments. However, this doesn't mean we are doomed the relive our ancestor's lives, on the contrary! Let's explore how our journey influenced by energies from previous generations and how we can transcend those:

Anyone with the intention to manifest their highest potential inevitably faces the integration of their inner world into their outer. Whether we are pushed by our energetic sensitivity or initiated by our deeper inner prompting, we can feel that there is a deeper truth about the meaning and purpose of our existence beyond our mind and emotions. Some call it Karma - we call it Karmic Propensity...

From an energetic view, tapping into our Karmic Propensity, which is nothing but the culmination of preprogrammed energetic tendencies that we come into this life with, leads to healing and transcending of karma. It expresses in our unconscious gravity towards specific life experiences, but also our hidden talents and strengths that may need to be uncovered first.

Our Karmic Propensities can becomes visible to us if we take a closer look at our family constellation, cultural background, our genetic disposition and inherited aspects from previous generations or past lives. They reveal themselves in form of repeats and behavioral patterns in our life's circumstances and relationships. If we can learn to properly contextualize our Karmic Patterns and propensities they can guide us to connecting with Karmic Task here in this life-time and lead us to a greater understanding of our life's purpose. Our Karmic Task is coded into our energy field - all we need to learn how to connect with it and thus unlock it.

Our Karmic Task 'wants' to be revealed, understood and claimed! This is what we came her for!

In general, collective energetic cycles we've been observing since last November are continuing:  correcting - integrating - self-reflecting - correcting... There really hasn't been a lot of time to cool down and implement in between those wave-like correction phases, so most of us energetically sensitives, empaths and consciousness seekers find themselves like turning in circles. This particular coming week will feel like being BACK AT SQUARE ONE. This makes it a bit tough for me to write this report - I feel like a broken record...

I guess we will all have to ACCEPT that this entire year will feel like a Mary-Go-Round.

In a recent discussion in our forum comunity her at transCODES the question was raised of how Addiction and Recovery tie in with Ego, Inner Child, Karma & Trauma? In this following personal reflection of this subject, I am going to share some of my personal background with you and explain how this connection became clear to me.

In context with Recovery, Inner Child and Karma aspects are very important topics. As you all know, we don’t just regard substance abuse or obvious addictive behaviors as subject to Recovery – from an energetic standpoint, shadow, ego, co-dependency and co-addiction resemble addictive behaviors just as much as a full blown drug addiction and therefore always need to be a part of self-healing. The reason why Ego, Inner Separation, Inner Child and Shadow cannot be left out of our journey of recovery, is because they are karmically tied to our energetic expression, as they can for example increase or decrease our propensity to addictive coping bechaviors in all areas of our life!

Energy Update 21st –27th January 2017

This past week felt like being in the middle of a giant pressure cooker that is floating in space and time - frozen and directionless - waiting for a green signal allowing us to move forward. In last week's energy update I talked about how our navigation system is being jammed - and how it can make us doubt ourselves or lead to EMOTIONAL CONFUSION.  We feel like there is no space for our true needs and since everybody is hovering in this nowhere-land of emotional numbness and neediness, we feel alone and unsupported.

As far as I can tell, this is still going on. Many of us feel really disconnected right now. Common energetic symptoms are pressure on our Crown and Solar-Plexus Chakra  - it can lead to head aches, neuralgia and eczema flare ups, but also nausea and stomach issues.

Neurologically, the current energy band creates the illusion of an inner state of emergency. But because there is no visible trigger or relief, we don't know what do - fight or flight? - and so we freeze...

What a strange start into the New Year!

But come to think of it it's not surprising at all. We left 2016 with lots of unresolved issues and clear feeling that there is radical change ahead of us. So, this is what it feels like when ignored or procrastinated inner and outer conflicts backfire - no wonder!

As energetically sensitive persons our energy system is already dealing with the energetic residue of the topics that will have to be addressed this year – which, naturally makes many of us not all that excited about the New Year yet.

From a precognitive standpoint this year is really interesting. There are several possible timelines, all reaching far beyond this year. So, quite frankly the true nature of the challenge ahead of us will not be about the events themselves, but more so our choices and our ability to see beyond the immediate consequences each choice. Which timeline will come to play for the next 7 years and longer will very much depend on our consciousness level.
