What does Spiritual Awakening mean? Does is mean that we are now better than human?

Many of us energetically sensitive, spiritual and empath people feel lost when faced with the adversity of dealing with human conflicts. We try to stay away from news and crowds as they bombard us, but at the same time it has also made us become isolated or dissociated from the 'human collective'. We may be vegans or environmental activists, healers or meditators, but the truth is, we are not sure how to respond to the humanness within. Deep within we cannot reconcile our spiritual path with our human drives and instincts - our inner journey with our outer journey. It's not that we don't care, but on the deeper level of our heart we're just not sure how to relate to our own human flaws.

Does this make us 'spiritual people' ignorant, superior or disconnected?

We strive for a life expressed through mutual respect, compassion, healing, abundance, oneness, deeper values and integrity - virtues are working on developing through aligning our perception of the world to our heart's truth. But at the same time we beat ourselves up for not being perfect; for having emotions that feel 'unspiritual' to us; and desires we keep hidden. Something isn't adding up.

Have you ever been accused of being in your mind too much? There is a reason why so many of us energetically sensitives choose to use our minds as way to cope with our 3D reality. Overwhelming emotions, bombarding energetic sensations and personal challenges can drive us to the edge of managing our daily lives. In order to stay functional many of us find consolation in our cognitive function. However, on our quest to higher awareness and deeper consciousness this very coping mechanism eventually can become a barrier if we don't adapt. Seeking spiritual knowingness through knowledge alone can't get us where we want to go.

Meditation and Mindfulness have shown to be wonderful tools to get out of our minds, but why is it so difficult to let go of it? Let's dive deep into the abyss of our internal mentalization process and illuminate the energetic aspects of consciousness work to show to ourselves why our mind alone isn't as effective as we think it is.

SELF HEALING IN ACTION - FIELD REPORTS - JUNE 2018

GRACE Gaia Sophia Marathon

Occasionally, I publish my session reflections as Field Report, so that those who are not familiar with energy work can get a peek into how Self-Healing in Action can look like.

Once a month we faciliate a 3-day remote energy Mindfulness Marathon. This format is very popular for those who want to really dive into their inner Self-Healing experience. They are open for everyone, however, due to the intensity of inner experiences it usually attracts people who are not afraid of encountering the depth of their energetic perception.

Again, I would like to critically comment on a frequent observation in my energy work practice. I will get straight to the point: There seems to be a common misconception in the new age/esoteric/spiritual scene that the purpose of the spiritual journey is to transcend the body and ‘lower’ emotions by ignoring them and solely focusing on our 'higher' Charkas and ‘ascension’.

With this belief emotions are regarded as part of our lower animalistic nature and often compartmentalized or heavily judged. It can lead to an inner fragmentation and quite frankly, often accomplishes the opposite of ascension: it keeps us tied to our unresolved/unhealed aspects and therefore often blocks our journey at the very structural foundation of our energy system!

Part of our collective human awakening process is the desire to break free from old paradigms and collective uncertainty. The strongest force holding us back on this journey is our ego’s fear of death and the fear of pain. It expresses through endless loops of spiraling thinking and dramatizing while our Heart, through which we could tap into the ‘Field of all Possibilities’ slowly dystrophies. If we lose the connection with our heart, we are trapped in our programmed and survival oriented ego. Our life becomes dominated by inner and outer conflicts and contradictions - our inner dualisms. We become empty, anxious and lonely and our biggest fear is Nothingness.

A heart-based consciousness gives us the ability to discern who we truly are, what drives us, what our real needs are and what we truly want – and what the world needs. It spontaneously clears our inner dissonances, provides inner peace and delivers the guidance on how to get there.

In context with current collective energies it is important that you understand that your past, your family, your ex, your job, your shadow, your karma, or your inner child are not the culprit for your life's circumstances.

Our childhood was our most vulnerable state, and yet the source of our power to transcend pain into love! For the majority of people on this planet it is the cause for getting stuck in rigid mental, emotional and physical patterns, not allowing them to contextualize their journey. However, in order to deal with problems in the NOW you need to learn ways to transcend your past!

We all have our own timeline and path to get to this point of complete reference and devotion to our inner purpose. With our developing heart connection we can see this!

The awakened True Self allows our core fears to surface so that we can work with them and discover the pathway to remembering our divine power through self-healing! This is why we feel like we are stagnating or regressing sometimes, all the while improtant integration processes are going on in the background.

On the surface things in our personal lives may go slow but for energetically sensitives and empaths there is a lot going on - internally as well as what we perceive in the human collective! How can we deal with the often overwhelming energies influencing how we feel?

Weekly Energy Digest Week 21 - Energy Update 20th - 27th May 2017

As we are already under the influence of New Moon energies at the time of finally writing this report, most energetically sensitives may feel a slight dampener. The intense headaches and temple pressures most of us experienced lately may have begun to dissipate and things may have calmed down for you a bit. The COLLECTIVE CONFUSION AND CHAOS of last weekend brought a lot of polarizations into our life, which reflected in emotional drama and outbursts of anger and violence in many. However, if you managed to not get too distracted and tuned into observing the world around you, you might have found the display of (inner and outer) EGO RAMBLINGS as so SURREAL, that it was almost comical (if it hadn't been so serious for some.)

Many of us sense a great AGITATION or inner nervousness about 'something big to happen' - like there is a GLITCH in the matrix... It's real! Yes,we are in the middle of a major transformation that will lead to a massive PARADIGM CHANGE; and it will affect all areas in our lives! So, try not to fall for your built-in fear implant whenever you catch yourself going there. All it does is feeding the dark and keeping you in the shadow of your ego-existence!

Expect major TRUTH BOMBS to be revealed!

Sudden irrational fear, sadness, anxiety or anger are amongst the most typical signs of inner change – but why do these emotions overwhelm us right when we are ready to move forward? Why is it so hard to outvibrate growing negativity?

Awakening to our deeper spiritual connection is undoubtedly a big theme in these times of uncertainty. We can't change the world, but we can change the way we see and deal with it! However, many of us who are discovering their energetic and ampathetic abilities also begin to feel the disadvantage of our sensitivity. The more aware we become of outer negitivity, the harder it get's to not absorb other people's fears or anger - and to NOT see the world/others as a hostile place.

What in us gives our emotions the power to wear us out, distract us from our inner goals, disrupt our inner connection and drain our energy to the point were we feel giving-up or giving-in is the only solution?

Why do so many of us feel we want to isolate ourselves?

How can we learn to better handle this spiritual emergence without letting it turn into a Spiritual Emergency?

These and similar questions are reaching me almost daily in my blog and forum community for energetically sensitives, consciousness seekers and empaths. The answer is complex, as it involves several layers of our emerging consciousness. Follow me here in this (rather long) investigation about how to better deal with our Spiritual Emergence...
